Burmese Military Dismissed the Wills Burmese people

Arakan Watch, March 31, 2023:

Burmese Military regime has dismissed the free wills of Burmese people by dissolving 40 political parties.

Regarding this dissolution, global condemnations are sent to regime.

In the official twitter account of the US Secretary of State, Mr. Antony Blinken wrote that “we strongly condemn the Burma military regime’s decision to dissolve 40 political parties, including the National League for Democracy. Any future election without participation of all stakeholders in Burma would not represent the will of the Burmese people”.

In addition, Embsay of Canada to Myanmar has sent strong condemnation through a press statement, issued on March 30, 2023.

Statement notified that “Any process without inclusive dialogue, with opposition detained, killed or silenced risks further accelerating Myanmar’s democratic erosions, exacerbating the ongoing humanitarian and economic crisis, and worsening conflict.”

“Canada supports the efforts of those working peacefully for an inclusive, peaceful and democratic Myanmar where the rights of all are protected.”

Since the day of Burma’s independent, its the first ever notion that dissolve major political parties including the National League for Democracy (NLD) to exclude in election. This tactics of exclusion in the election was developed and taught by Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and her NLD in time of 2020 election through the exclusion of indigenous ethnic Rohingya minority of Arakan in order to have landslide victory, said an elderly person from Arakan.

As similar to this, many tactics of Burmese Military regime are currently applied against the people of Burma, are the copies of NLD government, he further added. ##
