Myanmar brutal ministry forces have killed hundreds of innocent Muslim Rohingya and Buddhist Rakhine through constant airstrikes at public market and bridge in Kyauktaw Township of Arakan State, Myanmar today, said a local eyewitness on condition of anonymity for his security reasons.
Military made 3 airstrikes without any fighting happening here. Currently we are facing horrific bloodshed, the eyewitness further said.
A Rohingya man said, the key target of military is Rohingya, not Rakhine. Both military and Rakhine rebels or Arakan Army (AA) basically safeguard their Buddhist populations, even though they are on civil war.
Previously, Myanmar’s military regime given their own bases to AA that seized power in 2021 and now fighting back to re-occupy the military bases which is a particular game to instability in the country, he noted.
Public market is widely known as Indian market, while bridge is called Kisspanadi which the ancient name of Kaladan River; and both are the project underlined with Kaladan Multi Modal Transit Transportation Project (KMMTP) of India’ look east corridor. ##
