The village of Khiyandawng (kyawktawng) at the upper side of Thawng Bazar is a very remote area in Buthidaung where communication is very hard with surrounding area and as so mobile network is unreachable.

This systematic torture , atrocities, extra-judicial killings and gang rape are the daily phenomena in Arakan. It got momentum in manifold since recent Wirathu’s visit to the Northern Arakan state.
